Delete Your GetMyVisa Account & Data

You can request deletion of your GetMyVisa account and the data associated with it at any time.

How to request deletion

1. In the app: open GetMyVisa → Settings → Feedback → send the message "Delete my account".
2. By email: write to getmyvisaassist@gmail.com from the same Google account you use to sign in to the app, with the subject "Delete my account".

Sending the request from your sign-in email is how we confirm the request really comes from you. If you use GetMyVisa without signing in, send the deletion request from the in-app feedback form (Settings → Feedback) instead — that is how we identify the installation your request comes from.

What gets deleted

• Your account information from Google Sign-In (your Firebase account, including your email address)
• Your app data on our servers: alert subscriptions, preferences, and push notification tokens

What may be retained

• Transaction and subscription records that we are required to keep for legal, tax, or audit purposes. These are retained only as long as the law requires.

How long it takes

Your account and data are permanently deleted within 30 days of your request. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone — if you return later, you'll start with a fresh account.
